1. Warranty
All refurbished turbochargers sold by TurboDarbai are professionally rebuilt, tested, and include a warranty.
Warranty coverage applies only if:
The product was installed correctly
The turbocharger was used under normal operating conditions
No modifications were made to the product
Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or external factors.
2. Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The product is unused and in its original condition
The product has not been installed
The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending the item back.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Installed or used turbochargers
Products damaged due to incorrect installation
Custom or special-order items
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
You will be notified of approval or rejection
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
6. Exchanges
If you ordered an incorrect turbocharger and the product is unused, please contact us to discuss an exchange before returning the item.
